Camillo's Café is a delectable addition to the list of dining choices at Princeton Shopping Center. As a "Cucina Autentica Italiana", Camillo's specializes in authentic Italian cuisine in a casual atmosphere...your cozy neighborhood trattoria right here in Princeton (with hassle free parking). Homemade pastas, innovative appetizers and fresh-from-the-market entrees are created daily by Executive Chef and Owner Camillo Tortola. Born and raised in Miranda, Italy, Tortola's passion for the kitchen originated from his grandmother's style of Roman and Neapolitan cooking. While trained and educated initially at the Roccaraso Culinary School in Italy, he was lead to Scotland to further his restaurateur experiences where he established Camillo's Ristorante Italiano in Helensburgh and La Bella Italia in Edinburgh, Scotland. Bon Appetit Magazine selected Main Street Euro-American Bistro & Bar "One of America's Great Neighborhood Restaurants", in its special restaurant issue. SHANGHAI PARK RESTAURANT

Princeton Shopping Center announces the recent addition of Shanghai Park Restaurant to the Center. The restaurant executed a lease for 5,000 square feet at Princeton Shopping Center and opened in mid April after extensive construction improvements.

"Shanghai Park is a great addition to our list of popular dining options for our customers," stated Chris Hanington, General Manager of Princeton Shopping Center. Shanghai Park, who has operated for the past 6 years in Highland Park, New Jersey, boasts its Shanghai-style cuisine such as vegetable dumplings, saimai, soup dumplings , in addition to an extensive menu of cold appetizers. Main courses include fillet of fish in wine sauce, ribs and shrimp in spicy pepper salt, black mushroom with Chinese cabbage, and carp in bean paste sauce to name a few. Shanghai Park also serves American-Chinese cuisine. Specialties for the new Princeton location include Sezchuan cuisine and fresh Japanese Sushi.

Shanghai Park is located, next to Radio Shack and the Winged Pig.
